Insiders say the former Duchess of York is considering telling her side of the royal story
Sarah Ferguson is reportedly considering a bold move to share her side of events after years of feeling blamed for royal controversies.
According to insiders, the former Duchess of York believes she has long been treated as a convenient scapegoat within royal circles and now wants the public to hear her version of what happened behind palace walls.
Sources claim she has been approached about writing a tell-all book and is said to be close to agreeing to a publishing deal that could bring in a significant sum.
A source told Heat World that the project could be more than just a financial opportunity.
“It’s widely known that Sarah is being wooed to do a book and is very close to signing a deal,” the insider said. “She’s going to earn an absolute fortune, which she desperately needs, but more than that she’s convinced it will be her ticket to redemption.”
The source added that Sarah feels she has spent years carrying the blame for issues linked to the Royal Family.
“She claims she’s been scapegoated for years and believes that once she explains what she says she endured inside the monarchy, the public will finally understand her side.”
According to the insider, the potential book could include claims about the treatment of the late Princess Diana and other behaviour within the royal household that Sarah believes has never been properly addressed.
“If the royals are going to turn on her, she is prepared to turn on them,” the source alleged, suggesting the memoir could reveal more about life behind palace doors.
