Meghan Markle has drawn fresh attention after a friendly moment at a recent Hollywood event was caught on camera.
The Duchess of Sussex attended the Beef Season 2 Tastemaker gathering, where she was first seen speaking with Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos. Later photographs showed Meghan warmly interacting with his wife, Nicole Avant.
According to Daily Mail, Meghan was seen holding Avant’s hand as cameras flashed during the glitzy event, a moment that quickly caught the eye of onlookers.
The appearance comes amid recent speculation about Meghan’s relationship with Netflix after reports claimed Sarandos had unfollowed her on Instagram.
The development surprised some observers because just a year earlier the streaming executive had openly praised the former Suits star, describing her as a “rock star.”
Interestingly, while Sarandos reportedly unfollowed Meghan, Avant still follows the mother-of-two on social media, though she does not follow Meghan’s lifestyle brand, As Ever.
Support From a Former Co-Star
Amid ongoing discussion about Meghan’s future in entertainment, one of her former colleagues has voiced strong support.
Actor Eric Roberts, who appeared alongside Meghan in Suits, recently expressed confidence that she will return to acting.
“She will come back,” Roberts said during a recent event.
His wife, casting director Eliza Roberts, echoed the sentiment, suggesting Meghan’s family would support such a move.
“I feel like her whole family will support it, and she is amazing,” she said.
Roberts also predicted that Meghan’s return could make a major impact, adding that when she does come back, she could “blow everybody’s mind.”
