According to insiders, Kim allowing Lewis to spend time with her children is a significant sign of how much she trusts him. The SKIMS founder, who shares her four children with former husband Kanye West, is known for being careful about who she brings into their lives.
A source told People magazine that Kim is extremely protective of her children and does not make introductions lightly.
"Kim's very selective when it comes to the people she allows around her kids. She's very protective of them and doesn't take new introductions lightly," the insider shared.
The source added that Lewis spending time with the children reflects the level of trust Kim has developed in their relationship.
Dating speculation surrounding Kim and Lewis first emerged after the pair were reportedly seen together during a romantic outing in Paris in February 2026. Sources claim the two have known each other for more than a decade and were briefly linked in 2014.
