Will Meghan Markle Ever Reveal Archie and Lilibet’s Faces? New Theory Sparks Debate

Report suggests a California law, rather than privacy concerns alone, could be influencing Meghan’s decision to keep her children out of the spotlight.

For years, royal watchers have wondered whether Meghan Markle will ever publicly share clear photos of her children, Archie and Lilibet. Now, a new theory has emerged that points to a possible legal reason behind her decision to keep their faces hidden.

According to an unnamed source who spoke with Sky News, California’s “Child Vlogger Bill of Rights” may be playing a role. The law requires parents who feature their children in monetized social media content to set aside a portion of earnings in a trust fund for them.

The source claimed there is an exception to the rule if a child’s face is not shown, potentially allowing content creators to avoid falling under the law’s requirements.

Meghan has consistently kept Archie and Lilibet out of the public eye on social media. Photos shared on both her personal and business accounts often show the children from behind, with their faces obscured, blurred, or covered with stickers.

Her approach has long been viewed as an effort to protect their privacy while still offering occasional glimpses into family life.

The Duchess of Sussex also touched on the issue during her speech at the World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland, in May. While discussing the impact of social media on young people, she shared some of her personal concerns about protecting children in the digital age, reinforcing her commitment to safeguarding her own children's privacy.
