Meghan Markle is reportedly upset over the way Prince Harry has been treated by the Royal family during his latest visit to the UK.
The Duchess of Sussex is said to believe that the family has crossed a line after Harry was allegedly not allowed to stay at Buckingham Palace during the trip.
Speaking to journalist Rob Shuter for his Substack, a source described the situation as “one insult too many.”
The insider claimed Meghan feels she and Harry have repeatedly made efforts to repair relations with the Royal family, only to be left disappointed and embarrassed.
“Meghan feels they’ve bent over backwards for Harry’s family, only to be embarrassed again,” the source said. “As far as she’s concerned, she’ll never see them again.”
Another insider claimed the palace had initially offered Harry accommodation, but later withdrew it after he reportedly changed his plans several times.
According to the source, Meghan had previously warned Harry that attempts to reconnect with his family could end in further rejection.
“Meghan warned Harry this would happen,” the insider said. “She believes every time he reaches out to his family, they find another way to reject him.”
The source added that Meghan no longer wants herself or the couple’s children placed in similar situations.
“She’s done,” the insider claimed. “She has no interest in ever putting herself, or her children, through this again.”
