Prince Harry's recent trip to the UK has renewed speculation about how he feels about his life in the United States.
The Duke of Sussex has lived in California with his wife, Meghan Markle, and their children for the past six years. However, a media commentator has claimed that Harry still misses his family, friends and former life in Britain.
Speaking to Fox News Digital, veteran celebrity media editor Dan Wakeford said Harry may not be entirely comfortable with the lifestyle he has built in America.
“Harry doesn’t particularly love the life he has in America,” Wakeford claimed. “He misses his family, his friends and his former existence in the UK.”
The journalist also suggested that Harry might prefer a quieter and more modest lifestyle.
“Sources say he would be content to downsize and have a smaller life instead of living on such a grand scale, but I think that is more Meghan Markle’s style,” he added.
Harry was reportedly in England with his family last week and met King Charles and Queen Camilla at Highgrove House on Friday, July 10.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex moved to the United States in 2020 after stepping back from their roles as senior working members of the British royal family.
