Prince William and Kate Middleton are reportedly uneasy about Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s expected return to the UK this month.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are said to be concerned that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex may bring cameras with them during their visit to London, amid claims the couple have been discussing another documentary-style project.
According to an insider speaking to Closer, William and Kate are aware that Harry and Meghan have been in talks about a possible fly-on-the-wall series. The idea of a film crew joining them in the UK has reportedly come as an unwelcome surprise to the Waleses.
The source claimed William sees the possibility as deeply personal, especially after believing Harry and Meghan had moved on to build a separate identity away from royal life. Instead, there is reportedly growing concern that the Sussexes are once again stepping into territory closely linked to the monarchy.
Kate is also said to be struggling to understand why Harry and Meghan continue working with major media companies such as Netflix, particularly after so much has already been shared publicly.
The insider added that Kate’s reaction is said to be one of frustration, with the Princess questioning why the couple would choose to revisit such a public and sensitive approach again.
