According to Radar Online, the former couple may consider sharing their knowledge of the Royal Family as they face growing financial difficulties.
A source told the outlet that Sarah and Andrew know where “all the bodies are buried, so to speak.”
The claims come after Andrew lost his royal titles and was forced to leave Royal Lodge. Sources allege that the pair are now looking for a substantial payday and could follow Prince Harry’s example.
Harry reportedly received an advance of around $20 million for Spare, his memoir detailing his experiences within the Royal Family.
“Charles took a big risk banishing Andrew and Fergie from Royal Lodge and stripping them of their titles, because now they have nothing to lose, especially Fergie,” the insider claimed.
The source suggested that a lucrative publishing deal could appeal to the former couple at a time when their finances are under pressure.
“They both have seen how lucrative a book deal was for Harry, so the idea of getting one themselves could be very attractive to them right now,” the insider said.
Some publishers could reportedly be particularly interested in what Sarah knows about Diana. The two women shared a close relationship, raising questions about whether the Duchess of York possesses previously undisclosed information.
“The money isn’t exactly pouring in,” the source added. “Some publishers, in particular, may want Andrew and/or Fergie to reveal Diana’s secrets. The public would just eat that up. Fergie and Diana were very close. There’s no telling what she knows.”
However, neither Sarah nor Andrew has publicly confirmed plans to write a memoir or disclose private information about Diana or the Royal Family.
