Meghan Markle reportedly believes she and Prince Harry are in a “stronger position than ever” following their reunion with King Charles last month.
Sources told Heat World that the Duchess of Sussex feels reassured that Prince William and Kate Middleton cannot prevent Harry from rebuilding his relationship with his father, even if they oppose the reconciliation.
“For Meghan, the way William and Kate are behaving just proves that she and Harry were never the problem to begin with,” a source claimed.
The insider alleged that Meghan has long felt the couple were unfairly targeted and bullied by senior figures within the royal establishment, with William and Kate supposedly contributing to their isolation.
“It’s so obvious to her that they’ve been poisoning everybody against her and Harry for years,” the source continued, adding that Meghan considers it remarkable that Harry has managed to overcome the hostility surrounding them.
According to the report, Meghan also gives King Charles credit for putting his relationship with Harry and his grandchildren, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, ahead of any objections from the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Following the meeting with Charles, Meghan reportedly feels that she and Harry no longer need William and Kate’s approval to repair their ties with the Royal Family.
The claims remain based on unnamed sources, and none of the royals involved have publicly responded to the report.
