Prince William warned Harry and Meghan could create a ‘rival royal court’ in the UK

Prince William and Kate Middleton have been warned that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle could create a “rival royal court” if they begin spending more time in the UK.

Royal commentator Mark Dolan claimed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex could divide their time between California and Britain, potentially creating fresh challenges for William and Kate when they eventually become King and Queen.

Speaking on The Royalist podcast, Dolan suggested Harry and Meghan may seek to establish their own royal-style presence in Britain while continuing to operate independently from the monarchy.

“Meghan and Harry will make life a misery for King William and Queen Catherine,” he claimed.

Dolan predicted the Sussexes could spend as much as half the year in the UK, describing the arrangement as a possible “rival court.”

“They’d love to be in the UK, I think, up to half the year with this rival court,” he said, adding that the tensions could continue into the next generation.

The commentator also claimed that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet could one day become a source of pressure for Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis as they grow older.

His comments come amid continuing speculation about King Charles’ relationship with Prince Harry. Reports have suggested the King remains open to improving ties with his younger son, while William is believed to be more cautious about a reconciliation.

Harry, Meghan and their children have also recently been linked to reports of a family reunion with the King, further fueling hopes that relations between the Sussexes and the royal family could eventually improve.
