Meghan’s lifestyle brand, As Ever, is based in California
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly looking for a new home in the Cotswolds. However, they are also expected to keep their $29 million mansion in Montecito, California.
A source told RadarOnline.com that the couple does not plan to give up its life in the United States.
According to the source, the UK could become the main home for Harry and the children while Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet attend school. California, however, would remain an important part of the family’s life.
Harry reportedly plans to spend most of the school year in Britain. He wants to be a present father and give his children the stability of having a parent at home.
Meghan’s situation may be different because much of her professional work is based in California. Her businesses, production projects and other commercial plans require her to spend time there instead of managing everything from the UK.
This could mean that Harry and the children sometimes stay in Britain while Meghan works in the US. At other times, the whole family would be together again.
The source said Harry and Meghan have discussed these arrangements and believe they can make them work.
Meghan’s lifestyle company, As Ever, is also closely connected to California, making it likely that she will continue spending time in the state.
