Meghan Markle is reportedly planning a short work trip to California without Prince Harry and their children, Archie and Lilibet.
Royal commentator Alison Boshoff told News Nation that Meghan would spend a week in California after returning to Britain on August 26. The family is said to be staying in the Cotswolds.
According to Boshoff, Meghan plans to travel between the UK and California during school breaks. She said Meghan would spend five weeks in Britain, return to Montecito for a week, then come back to the UK for another five weeks before spending Christmas in California.
Boshoff described Meghan’s reported home in Britain as her “Cotswolds prison.” Despite that description, she said Harry’s friends claim Meghan is “100 percent all-in” with the move to the UK.
Her comments came days after a letter from King Charles described Harry and Meghan as “private citizens.”
A spokesperson for the couple said they were surprised they had not been told about the letter beforehand.
