Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly facing criticism over their quick decision to return to the UK.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are said to have planned the move in just one month. People close to the couple fear the rushed decision could make an already difficult situation even more stressful.
A source told Closer: “Those close to the couple are concerned and worried that this could be the worst move Harry has ever made.”
The source said Harry is focused on his children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. He reportedly wants them to become closer to the royal family and grow up surrounded by relatives.
“This isn’t a fairy tale, it’s real life,” the insider said. “Meghan’s already got her back up. But Harry wants this. His focus is all about the children, getting them enrolled back into the royal fold and allowing them to grow up with family around them.”
The source also warned that such a major move could put more pressure on Harry and Meghan’s marriage.
“This is a terribly tense time,” the insider added, comparing the stress of moving to other difficult life events. They claimed it “could be the beginning of the end” if Meghan is not willing to accept the situation.
