Lily Allen has apologised to fans after cancelling her Auckland concert because of a viral infection.
The singer announced the news on Instagram on Tuesday, saying she was too ill to perform that night.
“I was really looking forward to seeing you all and am absolutely gutted to be letting you down,” she wrote.
Lily also apologised to fans who had travelled to Auckland for the concert. She confirmed that all tickets would be refunded and said she hoped to return soon.
“Thank you so much for understanding,” she added.
Lily is currently touring to promote her latest album, West End Girl.
In a recent interview with The Times, she spoke about life following the album’s success. She said she felt happy and was in a good place.
“I’m living in the day, not planning too much,” she said.
