Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were photographed holding hands during a lunch outing in Britain on Thursday.
According to The Sun, the couple visited The Falkland Arms, a pub in the Cotswolds. The report described it as their first public appearance since returning to Britain.
Sources said Meghan ordered gluten-free battered haddock and chips with mushy peas and tartare sauce, costing £18.25. Harry reportedly chose a £17.95 chicken, ham and leek pie with vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy.
The outing comes amid claims that Harry has become more understanding of Meghan’s feelings since their reported return to Britain in July.
Sources told Heat World that Princess Eugenie has grown more distant from the couple. They claimed Meghan feels disappointed and worries about losing another connection to the royal family.
One source suggested that many people in London’s wealthy social circles support Prince William. They believe this puts Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, in a difficult position if they appear close to Harry and Meghan.
The source also claimed that Harry finds the situation upsetting and understands why Meghan is struggling.
According to the insider, Meghan feels lonely and isolated, and the lack of support from Eugenie has made things harder for her.
