Prince Harry reportedly wants to spend part of Christmas with Princess Diana’s family if he cannot join the royal family at Sandringham.
Heat World, citing unnamed royal sources, said Harry hopes to celebrate with the Spencers and also visit King Charles and Queen Camilla with his family.
One source said there is still a small chance they could be invited to the royal family’s Christmas celebrations. Harry reportedly hopes to spend time with both sides of his family.
However, the report claims his close relationship with his uncle, Earl Spencer, has already upset the royals following claims in Spencer’s memoir.
According to the report, Harry and Meghan stayed with Spencer at Althorp House, Diana’s family home, weeks before the book was released.
The memoir reportedly brought renewed attention to the breakdown of Charles and Diana’s marriage. It also allegedly claimed that Charles appeared “giddy” after hearing about Diana’s death.
The unnamed sources claimed that Harry’s plans to spend Christmas with the Spencers could cause further tension with Charles and William.
