According to an unnamed source, William has not spoken to Harry for two years and does not want to feel pressured into welcoming the couple back into royal life.
The source claims William believes Harry and Meghan could return to America within six months if they do not get what they want.
William is also said to be staying out of the dispute over their security arrangements. The source says he worries Harry could use any action he takes against him, so he is leaving the matter to those responsible.
The source also claims William is unhappy with King Charles’s approach to the couple. They say he finds it difficult to understand why his father is giving Harry and Meghan so much freedom after everything that has happened.
