Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been advised to change their daily routines after speaking out about photographers allegedly watching their children’s school.
According to OK!, the couple described the photographers’ behaviour around the school attended by Archie and Lilibet as “extraordinarily reckless.”
Mykolas Rambus, CEO of an AI company that helps protect public figures and their families from online threats, said predictable routines could create security risks.
He advised Harry and Meghan to vary their arrival times, routes and school entrances. Following the same pattern every day, he explained, makes a family easier to follow.
Rambus warned that if a photographer can work out where a child will be each morning, someone with harmful intentions could do the same.
He also urged the couple to avoid confrontations at the school entrance. An argument could give photographers a picture or video that keeps the story in the news.
Rambus said speaking out may discourage photographers and gain public support, especially when children are involved. However, it can also bring more attention.
He stressed that children do not choose to be famous and that a school is different from a red carpet or restaurant.
His advice was to explain what happened, set a clear boundary and then stop discussing it publicly.
