Queen Camilla has reportedly warned King Charles that his brother Andrew can be unpredictable and needs to be handled carefully.
Sources told Heat World that Camilla has become more understanding towards Andrew, the former Duke of York. However, she believes keeping him close could help the royal family manage his behaviour.
According to the sources, Camilla has been speaking to Andrew more often on Charles’s behalf because the King does not want to deal with him at the moment. These conversations have helped her see a different side of Andrew.
Camilla is not suggesting that the family welcome him back as if nothing has happened. But she reportedly believes leaving him out of Christmas celebrations could cause more problems than it solves.
Some royal staff members also think Andrew should be invited. They worry that excluding him at Christmas could make Charles look unkind towards his brother.
Princess Anne and Prince Edward are also said to support inviting Andrew.
