Sussexes said to be struggling with pressure, finances and growing tensions
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly going through a difficult period in their marriage, with insiders claiming the couple have become increasingly distant from one another.
According to a source quoted by Woman’s Day, the Sussexes are said to be under mounting strain due to financial pressures and disappointment over the commercial success of recent projects.
The insider claimed Harry is frustrated over what they described as “haemorrhaging his inheritance,” while also feeling pressure because several ventures have reportedly failed to generate the expected profits.
The source alleged that tension between the couple has become so noticeable that they rarely spend time alone together anymore.
“There’s very little enthusiasm for doing something with just the two of them,” the insider claimed, adding that the couple are often relieved to have their children around because they are “not on the same page about most things.”
The report also suggested Harry became upset over increased public attention surrounding their daughter, Princess Lilibet, allegedly fearing too much information about the family’s private life was becoming public.
According to the source, disagreements over publicity and personal boundaries have added further strain to the relationship ahead of the couple’s wedding anniversary.
Neither Harry nor Meghan has publicly addressed the claims surrounding their marriage.
