Prince Harry may be finding it hard to reconnect with old friends during his return to Britain, according to royal commentator Rob Shuter.
Writing in his Naughty But Nice Substack, Shuter said people close to Harry claim that friends he left behind when he moved to California six years ago have not been quick to welcome him back.
Shuter’s sources say Harry has stayed close to James Corden. The two have been friends for years, and Harry appeared on The Late Late Show after moving to the United States.
“James has Harry’s ear,” one source told Shuter, adding that they text and call often. The source said Corden continues to make time for Harry while some of his old friends have kept their distance.
Another source described Corden as someone who can be difficult to get along with, but said he knows how to make Harry feel valued.
Corden recently hosted the Invictus Spirit Awards, where he and Harry shared a long hug.
