Meghan Markle reportedly misses her home in Montecito, California, and her mother, Doria Ragland.
Unnamed sources told Heat World that Meghan feels homesick after returning to Britain with Prince Harry and their children, Archie and Lilibet. They said she wants to spend the holidays in California with her mother.
According to the sources, Meghan misses her friends, her usual routine and spending time with Doria. She reportedly calls her mother every day, sometimes several times. But talking on the phone is not the same as seeing her every weekend.
The sources said Meghan is willing to stay in England, but regular trips to California would help her feel better.
They claimed Meghan would like to visit for Thanksgiving and stay through Christmas. Harry, however, reportedly disagrees and wants the family to stay in Britain until at least spring.
The sources added that Meghan loves Thanksgiving and its traditions. Christmas at home with her children is also very special to her. The family has created its own holiday traditions, and she wants to return to California to enjoy them.
